A dictionary is a VIP Workshop part that points to the English Wizard dictionary, which contains the terms that enable queries to be created in English within the QBS. A dictionary is automatically created or updated whenever a table is created, imported, or modified. The English Wizard dictionary is built from your database schema; it maintains information on the structure of your tables, the column names used, and any relationships that exist. Synonyms are also created from column names and a sampling of your data is taken.
