Open Database Connectivity (ODBC)
Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) is a standard interface that allows software products, such as VIP Workshop, dBASE, MS Access, FoxPro, and many others, to communicate with various data sources. ODBC drivers are basically translators between a specific data format and a database application. As long as there is an ODBC driver for a database application, VIP Workshop can read, write, and create that type of data format. This feature allows you to use your existing data in VIP Workshop and also to share your data with other database applications.
